Pickleball Bella “Triple-Follow $1,000 Gift Card” Sweepstakes — Official Rules
Sponsor. Pickleball Bella, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Orlando, FL.
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states & D.C., 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
Promotion Period. Begins October 30, 2025, at 6:00:00 a.m. ET and ends December 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, participants must complete all three of the following steps to be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes:
(1) join Sponsor’s email list,
(2) like/follow Sponsor’s Facebook Page www.pickleballbella.com and
(3) follow Sponsor’s Instagram account @pickleballbella (www.instagram.com/pickleballbella/)
Sponsor will verify eligible entries using internal analytics. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. No other form of entry is accepted.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without social media or email signup, participants may send an email to info@pickleballbella.com with the subject line “Pickleball Bella Sweepstakes Entry” and include their full name, city/state, and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address total.
Prize/Approximate Retail Value (ARV). One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 PickleballBella.com digital gift card (ARV $1,000). Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash (except as required by law). No substitution except by Sponsor if prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Gift card terms apply.
Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection/Notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 7, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified at the email provided and must respond within seven (7) days. If no response is received, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor may require completion of an eligibility/liability & publicity release where lawful.
Taxes. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees. Sponsor may require a Form W-9 prior to prize issuance.
Publicity. Where lawful, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name (first name/last initial), city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Rules or is generated by fraud, bots, or automated means. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
Release. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize.
Platform Disclaimers. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Participants understand they are providing information to Sponsor, not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
Privacy. Information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.pickleballbella.com/privacy and will be used to administer this Sweepstakes and, if opted in, to send marketing communications (which can be unsubscribed from at any time).
